Key aspects of role:

Deployment

• Owning and executing the deployment of solutions as per design to meet client business requirements
• Ensuring change control processes are adhered to for all deployment work
• Liaising with test teams to ensure success of deployment projects

Technical guidance

• Provide technical guidance to clients and fellow team members
• Recommend and implement improvements to existing client systems/BAU processes
• Providing input to/reviewing technical documentation created by team members

Client liaison

• Develop solid working relationships with key clients
• Provide technical guidance and solutions for clients based upon their business requirements
• Presenting technical solutions to clients and demonstrating how proposed solutions meet defined requirements
• Effective reporting of project progress to Operations Manager and clients

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• In-depth technical experience of M365 solutions
• Experience of user profile management solutions
• Working knowledge of hypervisor solutions
• Experience of user/application migration projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining strong lasting client relationships
