Client Services Coordinator

Stadia Consulting Group is looking for an experienced Client Services Coordinator to help deliver excellent service to existing and new clients. The Client Services Coordinator will be a focal point for both our clients and our Operations team. Reporting into our Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of our clients are well defined, and our Operations team have everything they need to deliver the services necessary to delight our clients. 


Communication skills are key to this role. Our clients need us to listen, and they need us to keep them informed of our progress on the way to beating deadlines and expectations. Regular, clear reporting will be central to this role. We don’t believe in producing reports just for the sake of it. We want to give clients a transparent view of our services and highlight any potential challenges well in advance, so that we can plan the smoothest route ahead. 


Our team are accustomed to delivering work of a very high standard. Our clients need a trusted single point of contact to collate and deliver all relevant information to them. We want to make it easy for our clients to work with us, this role is vital to achieving that goal.

Key aspects of role:


Client liaison

  • Develop solid working relationships with key clients. 
  • Act as a point of client escalation. 
  • Identify new opportunities with existing clients. 
  • Working with clients to identify deliverables. 
  • Provide regular client reporting, including RAG status on defined deliverables. 
  • Ensure timely completion of client deliverables to an excellent standard.


Team liaison

  • Regular catch-up meetings with team members to ensure they have everything they need to hit deadlines. 
  • Collation of team resource forecasting reports. 
  • Collation of team capacity forecasting reports. 
  • Act as a point of escalation for Stadia team members.



Skills and Experience:


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. 
  • Experience of managing and developing client relationships. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Management reporting experience.


Qualities:


  • A passion for delivering excellence. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Ability to manage conflicting demands and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Forward planning and strategic thinking. 
  • Ability to handle pressure effectively. 
  • Effective organisation and delegation. 
  • Willingness to travel within the UK.
